Chef's Quick Tip: Apple cider sangria

This week, Chef Ilana Eck from Stylish Spoon shows Tina Redwine how to make a apple cider sangria.
Apple Cider Sangria
1 apple, quartered and thinly sliced
1 cup apple juice, chilled
2 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
1/4 C. brandy
22 oz. bottle hard apple cider
Combine apple through brandy in pitcher up to 3 hours in advance and refrigerate. Just before serving, add cider to pitcher. Serve in tall glass over ice.
