Spicy Asian-Style Mustard-Mayo
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups multi-purpose mustard-mayo
2 tablespoons pickled ginger
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 teaspoons sriracha or other Asian chili sauce
2 sliced scallions, whites and greens together
Multi-Purpose Mustard-Mayo
Ingredients
2 shallots, diced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon white Modena Vinegar
2 1/2 cups light mayonnaise
1/2 cup your favorite mustard
1/4 cup freshly chopped flat-leaf parsley
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Place the minced shallots in a medium mixing bowl with the lemon juice, vinegar and mustard. Mix well.
Whisk-in the mayonnaise and parsley, then season to taste with salt and pepper.
