Chef's Quick Tip: Avocado Idiot Pizza

On this week's Chef's Quick Tip, Chef John D' Agostino from Wall Street Tavern shows Tina Redwine how to make their signature "Avocado Idiot Pizza.”
  • Pizza dough
  • Olive oil
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Tomatoes
  • Bacon
  • Avocado
  •  Pizza stone or sheet pan
  • Brush the olive oil lightly onto the pizza dough
  • Drizzle cheddar cheese onto the pizza
  • Place some tomato slices around the pizza
  • Add a decent amount of bacon to the top, until satisfied.
  • Mash the avocado and spread it around the top layer of the pizza, until the pizza is covered.
  • For those without a wood-burning oven, use a pizza stone or take a sheet pan, turn it upside down and cook the pizza on top of it in the oven at 450 or 500 degrees, if possible.
