Instructions
- Bamma Fish Fry
- Sliced Portobella Mushrooms
- Vegetable or Corn Oil
- 1 egg
- Tartar Sauce or Bamma Hot Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oil on a medium high heat
- rinse off excess debris and dry off with paper towel
- Whisk egg and dredge mushroom slices in egg
- Dip in Bamma Fish Fry Cornmeal Seasoning
- Fry in your heated oil for about 3-4 minutes
- Remove from the oil and allow to rest for a minute. Enjoy with tartar sauce or a dash of sass using Bamma Hot Sauce
