Chef's Quick Tip: Bamma Fishless Fry Fish Sticks

This week, Owner of Breakfast Belle & Executive Chef Tori Brown, shows Tina Redwine how to make a fishless fish fry.   
  1. Bamma Fish Fry 
  2. Sliced Portobella Mushrooms 
  3. Vegetable or Corn Oil 
  4. 1 egg 
  5. Tartar Sauce or Bamma Hot Sauce 
  1. Preheat your oil on a medium high heat 
  2. rinse off excess debris and dry off with paper towel 
  3. Whisk egg and dredge mushroom slices in egg
  4. Dip in Bamma Fish Fry Cornmeal Seasoning 
  5. Fry in your heated oil for about 3-4 minutes 
  6. Remove from the oil and allow to rest for a minute. Enjoy with tartar sauce or a dash of sass using Bamma Hot Sauce
