This week, chef Rene Johnson from Blackberry Soul Catering, shows Tina Redwine how to make biscuits. 
Homemade Drop Biscuits
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 stick butter sliced
1 milk
Kitchen Needs:
9X12 Baking Dish
Non-Stick Spray
Ice cream scooper
Preheat Oven to 425 degrees
Directions:
1. In medium size mixing bowl add flour, baking powder, salt, mix well set aside.
2. Next ass sliced butter, use a fork to mix into flour. Flour mixture should be the size of a small pea.
3. Make a well in flour mixture and add milk, blending well with a large spoon.
4. Once mixed drop biscuits mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Till golden brown.
