Chef's Quick Tip: Brussels Sprouts

This week, Chef Jeff Mihalek, of Nikki's Beach House Grill, shows Tina Redwine how to make brussels sprouts.
Brussels Sprouts
Salt, Peppers
Garlic
Honey
Toast Point
Cut Brussels sprouts in ½, mix in a bowl with salt, peppers, 4 cloves of chopped garlic and ¼ cup of honey, put on sheet pan and roast in the oven for about 10 minutes, serve over toast point.
