Chef's Quick Tip: Buñuelo

This week, Chef Frances Medina shows Tina Redwine how to make buñuelo.
Buñuelo
Ingredients: 
Flour Tortillas
Cinnamon Sugar
Method:
Take flour or corn tortillas and cut them into 1in strips
Place the strips in 350 degree vegetable or canola oil and fry for 30 to 40 seconds on each side
Remove from oil and toss in cinnamon sugar
