Chef's Quick Tip: Burrito

This week, Chef Stephanie Berghoff with The Home Cook, shows Tina Redwine how to make a burritos in just 10-minutes. 
Using half the chicken, shred the dark and light meat and mix with one jar of salsa
Add about a ¼ cup of the chicken mixture to a tortilla with a ¼ cup of black beans and a sprinkling of cheese
Roll the tortillas and place in a casserole dish
Bake in the oven at 350 for seven minutes. Serve with sour cream and extra salsa
