Chef's Quick Tip: Cauliflower steaks
This week, Chef Frances Medina shows Tina Redwine how to make cauliflower steaks.
Trim the bottom of the cauliflower (do not cut off the core)
Cut right down the middle of the cauliflower
Take half of the cauliflower and cut an inch thick slice
Add butter on top of the slices and place in a pan with oil for two minutes on each side (until golden brown)
or on a baking sheet and bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes
