Chef's Quick Tip: Chocolate Bar

This week, Tina Redwine learns how to make personalized chocolate bars! 
Ingredients:
Melted tempered bittersweet chocolate'
Selection of ingredients to decorate (cranberries, nuts, coconut, sprinkles)
Equipment:
Plastic wrap
Plastic or glass container  
Instructions:Temper (melt) the chocolate (up to 92 degrees)Line the inside of a container with plastic wrapPour and even out the chocolateSprinkle desired toppings
Place in a freezer for faster setting
