Chef's Quick Tip: Chocolate dulce de leche empanadas

This week, Chef Jackie Mendive of Jackie’s Empanadas on the Go shows Tina Redwine how to make chocolate dulce de leche empanadas.
Dulce de leche
1 can of condensed milk
1 pot with water
Place a can of condensed milk in a pot, cover with 2 in of water and boil for 3 to 4 hours, making sure the can stays submerged.
Remove from pan, let cool, open.

Baking Sheet lined with parchment paper
Take one empanada disc, put two tablespoons of dulce de leche in it, cover it with second empanada disc. Use cookie cutter to press them together and remove excess dough.
Bake at 375 for 10 minutes
