This week, Chef Frances Medina shows Tina Redwine how to make Crème Anglaise. 
Creme Anglaise
Ingredients:
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup of heavy cream
1 tbs Vanilla Extract
Orange zest
2 egg yolks
Method:
Place heavy cream in a pan
Add vanilla extract, sugar and 2 yolks
Whisk until the mixture thickens
Continue mixing and do not let it boil
Run the mixture through a strainer
Add orange zest and refrigerate for few hours before serving
