Chef's Quick Tip: Grilled Wings

In today's Chef's Quick Tip , BJ Lawless, co-owner of B*AN*C House restaurant, shows Tina Redwine the secret to making great-tasting wings.
Dry Rub Recipe
  • 3 tb brown sugar
  • 3 tb white sugar-
  • 1 1/2 tb garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tb onion powder
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • pinch of paprika
Mix ingredients together in a bowl
Cover wings in a little bit of oil
Coat each wing in the dry rub
Bake wings at 225 degrees for two hours
