Mild Irish-style chicken curry
Strips of chicken
Onion, frozen green peas, Corn and Green Pepper,
Half cup white wine
Mild Irish-style curry
House rice
Sauté the strips of chicken, add onion and green pepper.
Add peas and corn.
Deglaze with wine and then add the curry sauce.
Bring to the Boil and serve with your favorite rice.
