Chef's Quick Tip: Lemon pepper salmon

This week, Kira Pantschenko from Nouveau Nutrition Fertility Wellness shows Tina Redwine how to make lemon pepper salmon.
Lemon Pepper Salmon
Serves 2
Cook time: 10 mins
  1. (2) 4 oz wild caught salmon filets
  2. 1 tsp avocado oil
  3. 2 tbsps Lemon Juice 
  4. 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
  5. 1/8 tsp Sea Salt
Preheat the oven to 400ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper into a small bowl and mix well.  Place the salmon on the parchment paper and add the lemon pepper mixture on top of the salmon. Bake for 10-12 minutes 
Remove from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice. Season with additional salt and pepper if needed.
