Chef's Quick Tip: Moscow Mule

This week, Nikki Glekas of Nikki’s Modern Mediterranean, shows Tina Redwine how to make a Moscow Mule.
Moscow Mule:
Makes 8 servings
1 cup Pink Grapefruit Juice
3 cups Vodka
4 cups Ginger Beer
Fresh grapefruit slices
Ice for serving
Combine the grapefruit juice, vodka, and ginger beer in a large pitcher and stir it with wooden spoon.
Fill cups with ice and pour the cocktails into the cups as guests arrive. Garnish them with grapefruit slices.
