Pasta with sausage and kale
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
4 oz pre-cooked Italian sausage
3 cups massaged kale
2 to 3 cups Wholesome Crave Tomato Basil Soup, hot
6 oz cooked rigatoni
3 ounces of grated fresh mozzarella cheese
1-1/2 ounce grated fresh romano cheese
Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic, sausage, and kale. Sauté about a minute or until heated through.
Add the soup and rigatoni. Heat to a simmer, then toss-in the grated cheeses. Toss well and serve.
