This week, Chef Angela Baldanza of Baldanza at the Schoolhouse shows Tina Redwine how to make pickles.
Cucumber pickles
1 - 2 large English cucumbers
Toss with Kosher salt and let stand for 30 minutes
Boil and then cool
1 1/2 C of water
1/2 C of white wine vinegar
1 C of sugar
2 bay leaves
1/4 tsp of all spice
Remove salt from cucumber with paper towels combine cucumbers cover and refrigerate for 3-6 hours
