Pumpkin smoothie
1 can organic pumpkin
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tbs almond butter
8 oz almond milk (**tip-- always use organic and zero grams of sugar)
banana
2 dates- soak ahead of time for easy blending
1/4 tsp cinnamon
