Chef's Quick Tip: Roasted Carrots

This week, Chef Joshua Smith, of Culinary Innovation at Alltown Fresh, shows Tina Redwine how to make roasted carrots.
Ingredients:
Local Carrots, clean
4 sprigs thyme
3 cloves garlic
Grapeseed Oil
Aleppo
Honey
Method:
Preheat Oven to 450F.
In a stainless mixing bowl, Toss Carrots in Grapeseed Oil to Coat and season generously with Kosher salt.
Lay Thyme on ½ sheet tray and evenly distribute carrots over it.
Add to Oven and allow to Roast until golden and slightly charred.
Remove carrots from Oven, immediately add back to mixing bowl, and toss with Aleppo, Honey, Black Pepper, and Sea Salt to taste. Enjoy!
