St. Louis-style spare ribs
(Full rack, feeds 4-5)
Ingredients
1 Cup Salt
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Paprika
1 Cup Garlic Powder
1 Cup Onion
1/2 Cup Cayenne
1/2 Cup Black Pepper
Method
Rub Ribs Generously - and let stand for 1 hour
Slow Cook in Oven at 325 F or in a Smoker or Egg
Cut & Serve.
