Chef's Quick Tip: Watermelon Sorbet

-2 1/2 cups chopped seedless watermelon (frozen)
-Juice from 1/2 lime
-1 tablespoon honey
-6 tablespoons cold water (you may need more)
-Chop up your watermelon into bite size pieces.
-Lay flat on a parchment covered baking sheet and freeze.
-Once frozen, add the watermelon to your blender.
-Then add juice from 1/2 lime and 1 tablespoon of honey.
-Add 3 tablespoons of cold water and blend.
-Add more water if needed to blend into a smooth sorbet.
-Garnish with fresh mint.
