Chef's Quick Tip: Yogurt Parfait

This week, Chef Adrian Urena of Atria Senior Living shows Tina Redwine how to make a yogurt Parfait.
Non-Fat Greek Yogurt Parfait w/Berries & Granola
Ingredients:
2 cup Greek Yogurt, plain, non-fat
2 tbsp Honey, local preferred
1 cup Blueberries, fresh, organic preferred
1/2 cup Oats, rolled, organic preferred
2 tbsp Brown Sugar, packed
2 tbsp Honey, local
1 tbsp Goji Berries, dried, organic
1 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds, dried, organic
1 tbsp Cranberries, dried, organic
Instructions:
1. Mix yogurt and first measure of honey together and set aside.
2. Set aside the blueberries.
3. Mix the remaining (granola) ingredients until evenly coated with brown sugar and honey. Spread onto a baking
sheet evenly (do not overcrowd) and bake at 300 deg. F. for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Set aside to cool.
4. In 7 oz. cup or parfait glass, layer with 1/8 of the Greek yogurt mixture. Add a layer of the granola and another layer
of the Greek yogurt. Top with the organic blueberries.
