This week, Nikki Glekas of Nikki’s Modern Mediterranean, shows Tina Redwine how to make goat cheese stuffed figs with honey and black pepper.
INGREDIENTS:
6 fresh figs
4 ounces soft goat cheese
¼ cup whole milk
Honey
Black Pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Split the figs into quarters and place on a platter.
Mix the goat cheese and milk together in a small bowl
until soft and creamy. Add to a Ziploc bag and pipe the mixture evenly
into the top of the split figs.
Drizzle the figs with the honey and black pepper.
Serve.
