Chef's Quick Tips: Goat Cheese Stuffed Figs with Honey and Black Pepper
This week, Nikki Glekas of Nikki’s Modern Mediterranean, shows Tina Redwine how to make goat cheese stuffed figs with honey and black pepper.
- 6 fresh figs
- 4 ounces soft goat cheese
- ¼ cup whole milk
- Black Pepper
- Split the figs into quarters and place on a platter.
- Mix the goat cheese and milk together in a small bowl until soft and creamy. Add to a Ziploc bag and pipe the mixture evenly into the top of the split figs.
- Drizzle the figs with the honey and black pepper. Serve.
