Chef's Quick Tip: Peach cobbler smoothies

This week, Chef Tori Brown of Breakfast Belle, in Norwalk, Connecticut, and her daughter show Tina Redwine how to make peach cobbler smoothies.
 - 1 1/2 cup of frozen peaches 
  1. 1-2 cups vanilla almond or oat milk 
  2. 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  3. 1 tsp cinnamon 
  4. 1/4 tsp nutmeg 
  5. 3 tbsp. oats 
  6. 1 tbsp. flax seed
  7. 2 tbsp. agave  
  8. Add ice if desired 
Combine all the ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
If your smoothie is thicker than you’d like, feel free to add more almond or oat milk.
