Gov. Dannel Malloy is expected to make a major announcement Monday on jobs in Connecticut.

The governor will hold a press conference at the former Stanley Black and Decker plant in New Britain.

Malloy will talk about the transformation of a portion of the plant, which he says will lead to thousands of good-paying jobs in the region.
