Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano joined Gov. Dannel Malloy in touring the damage along Connecticut's coast today. Napolitano says the important thing is for anyone with damage to register with FEMA now, not later. FEMA says it will open more disaster recovery centers starting next week.
