Westchester jury has acquitted a Sleepy Hollow man of killing his wife.
Rafael Ramos was arrested and charged with second degree murder of Nusinaida Ramos in 2023.
Ramos was a former corrections officer at Sing Sing prison at the time of the murder.
The murder occurred in 1997, and the arrest was made because of a new cold case bureau that the district attorney's office established.
