A mother from Norwalk is pleading for information that could help investigators find the hit-and-run driver who killed her daughter and left another man injured in May.
Police say they're looking for a gray BMW that was seen at the scene.
The mother of 26-year-old Jamie Lane says she is waiting for significant information that could lead officials to the person who left her only child bleeding on Van Buren Avenue.
Marie Horne says her daughter's injuries were so severe that she had to be flown to Yale-New Haven Hospital, where she died a little more than two weeks after the incident.
The state has offered a $50,000 reward for information on the crime.
Police are asking anyone with information about the case to contact them.
