City of Newark officials say they are working to fix a bulge on Delancy Street that first appeared on Thursday.
They say there was no sewer or water leak found, and that PSE&G confirmed that there was no gas leak either.
The Newark Mayor's office told News 12, "It was determined that a utility patch is in need of restoration, which the city will do. The Department of Water and Sewer Utilities secured the patch and will schedule to restore it this week."
