The Wilton man who admitted to killing his father in May is set to be sentenced today.
Prosecutors say a three-judge panel will likely find Aaron Ramsey not guilty by reason of mental defect or disease.
They say he will still be sentenced for murder and faces up to 60 years.
Officials say he will serve time at a state psychiatric hospital.
