A man is behind bars for allegedly sexually assaulting another man while he was unconscious and for allegedly recording video of the incident.
Police arrested Emil Mrkulic, 25, Wednesday for allegedly performing sex acts on the 20-year-old victim without his consent.
Police say the victim found out what happened after Mrkulic sent the video to a mutual friend.
