Stamford officials say they're prepared for a second day of snow after cleaning up all of Monday following Sunday's storm.
They say they have a pile of salt ready to go, and despite the timing not being ideal, crews will be rested and ready to go.
News 12 is told the city truck lot closed at 3 p.m. Monday since the precipitation is expected to start early Tuesday morning.
Officials say they spent Monday clearing the roads, cleaning machinery and preparing to go out again.
A spokesman for the state's Department of Transportation says there is a silver lining to the timing - there is no need to pretreat state roads since they're already salty.
