A Stamford woman is lucky to be alive after a chunk of concrete came crashing through her windshield as she was traveling on I-95 in New York.
It happened on Saturday in Larchmont.
Myra Flores is not able to open her right eye. She has 15 stitches across her forehead and cuts and scratches on her body.
The Thruway Authority says it visited the site, but does not see any issues although it is still investigating. However, state police do confirm a slab of concrete is missing from the bridge.
