Bridgeport school officials say they are investigating a parent's allegation that a teacher at Park City Magnet School hit a student with a screwdriver.
The parent told News 12 Connecticut that Frank Rodriques, a science teacher, hit a student on the head with a screwdriver. The parent also claims it isn't the first time such tools have been brought into Rodriques' classroom as a means of discipline.
Bridgeport School District officials declined to comment about the allegations against Rodriques and are conducting their own investigation.
