A man accused of murdering his mother in Orange went before a judge today. Police say they found Timothy Granata, 22, walking on a street, carrying a Bible last month. They say he admitted to stabbing

A man accused of murdering his mother in Orange went before a judge today.
Police say they found Timothy Granata, 22, walking on a street, carrying a Bible last month.
They say he admitted to stabbing his mother to death.
The judge placed Granata on suicide watch. Also, because the judge knows the Granata family he said he can not preside over any major parts of this case.
Granata's family was in court today. The family attorney says Granata will see a psychiatrist this afternoon and the family is doing as well as can be expected.
