A Stop & Shop employee from Westport has been arrested for stealing right out of the cash register.
Joshua Hopkins, 24, was apparently caught on camera dropping money on the floor, stepping on it, then picking it up and putting it in his pocket.
Hopkins was taken into custody and charged with larceny.
He's scheduled for court next week.
