Police say one person is recovering after an accident on the Merritt Parkway in Norwalk sent a car rolling into the woods.
It happened last night near Exit 40 on the southbound side.
Norwalk fire officials say the car ended up between the Merritt and Creeping Hemlock Drive.
Firefighters say the car's position made the rescue more complicated.
Officials say one woman was taken to the hospital.
They say they also searched the area to make sure no one else was in the car.
