Stamford police say they have charged two men caught on camera during a rash of car burglaries.
Police released surveillance video from a parking lot at the Parc Grove complex on Broad Street where they say the suspects are very clearly seen in the video, even smiling.
Since the video came out, police say they received tips leading them yesterday to Kenny Castillo, 21, and Tyriq Lewis,18. Police say they found items from several burglaries at Castillo's home.
Police say the burglaries started in November and have increased in number.
The two men are facing burglary charges and have been released on bond. Police say they expect to file more charges against them soon.
