Amazon plans to build a $255 million distribution center in North Haven, meaning 1,800 new jobs could come to the area.
Gov. Dannel Malloy says the vast majority of them would be full time.
The next step is for North Haven officials to approve the building plan.
The center would be at a Washington Avenue plant that's been empty for 15 years.
