The Bridgeport man convicted of killing his 5-month-old son by putting alcohol in his baby bottle was sentenced yesterday.
A judge sentenced Jorge Chicalana to five years in prison, suspended after one year, and five years of probation.
Police say Chicalana mixed the alcohol with his son's formula then gave it to the boy's mother who fed it to him.
They say the boy's mother told detectives she thought Chicalana added alcohol to a bottle to help with teething.
