A 19-year-old girl from the Bronx returned home Friday after her mother reported her missing to police earlier this week.
Lucia Villafane says her daughter, Cynthia Rodriguez, was last seen Tuesday afternoon outside her Mickle Avenue home. She says she last spoke to her daughter over the phone who was home Tuesday.
Villafane says when she got home that evening, however, her daughter was nowhere to be found.
The Bronx mother put up fliers and filed a missing person's report with the 47th Precinct.
Villafane says her daughter was recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder and that she was off of her medication.
The girl's whereabouts were not immidately made clear, but she appeared to be in good health.
