Chef's Quick Tip: Cutting spiral ham

This week, Chef Chris Papp of Stew Leonard's shows Tina Redwine how to cut a spiral ham. 
How to slice/plate a spiral cut ham
Tips/directions:
  • Lay the ham on its side
  • Using a sharp knife, make thin, long cuts on the shorter end of the ham
  • Using the bone as a guide, remove the slices and shingle meat on a platter
  • Don’t forget to pick up Stew’s Country Hearth Bread for leftover sandwiches on Monday!
