Chef's Quick Tip: Peach Cobbler Smoothie
This week, Chef Tori Brown of Breakfast Belle
, in Norwalk, Connecticut, and her daughter show Tina Redwine how to make a peach cobbler smoothie.
- 1 1/2 cup of frozen peaches
- 1-2 cups vanilla almond or oat milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 3 tbsp oats
- 1 tbsp flax seed
- 2 tbsp agave
- 2 tbsp wildcrafted sea moss gel
- Add ice if desired
Combine all the ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
If your smoothie is thicker than you’d like, feel free to add more almond or oat milk.
