Funeral services will be held in Norwalk tomorrow for the 21-year-old man who was fatally struck while walking along Route 7 last week. State police say they're still investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of Norwalk native James Shaw. Police say they received several 911 calls from drivers last Friday night that a man was walking in the rain along the highway. As he walked, a police patrol car shone a spotlight on him and he stepped into traffic.
Investigators say they're still not sure why Shaw was walking along the busy highway. A makeshift memorial has been set up in the spot where Shaw was killed. Some 800 people attended a vigil held at the high school for Shaw. Tomorrow's services will be held at the First Congregational Church on Lewis Street.Vigil held for man hit, killed by 2 cars in Norwalk
