Gov. Lamont says 95% of Connecticut economy is back open

Gov. Ned Lamont Thursday says 95% of the state’s economy is back open.
Phase two of the reopening plan went into effect Wednesday, which allows gyms to reopen, among other businesses.
Lamont encouraged residents to start getting back to work.
He says Connecticut is offering a free online jobs fair for those looking for employment.
Lamont also says that state lawmakers are proposing a $450 stimulus check to those who go back to work, although no official legislation has passed.
