Some popular swimming areas are reopening in Litchfield County as the state braces for a possible heat wave.
Black Rock State Park in Watertown and Lake Waramaug in Kent are set to reopen toady.
The water is still off limits at Fairfield County's Indian Well in Shelton and Squantz Pond in New Fairfield.
Indian Well and Squantz Pond are Fairfield County's only two inland parks.
