Darien police said today they've charged a man from Long Island with stealing scratch-off lottery tickets from a gas station.
Officers said they arrested Ryan Ramundo on a warrant Sunday for the theft at the Exxon station in early August.
In August, Fairfield police arrested Ramundo and another man following an incident at the Shell gas station on Black Rock Turnpike.
In that case, police said the men grabbed the tickets and drove away.
