A Norwalk man, who has been arrested for allegedly refusing to payout prizes during golf tournaments, is now facing new charges. Kevin Kolenda, 55, appeared before a judge yesterday after he was arrested

A Norwalk man, who has been arrested for allegedly refusing to payout prizes during golf tournaments, is now facing new charges.
Kevin Kolenda, 55, appeared before a judge yesterday after he was arrested in Norwalk Wednesday.
He is wanted in Washington for refusing to pay golfers who won prizes in that state.
Police charged him with being a fugitive and interfering with police.
He's also facing charges in Montana.
