A woman was forcibly touched by a man while walking along the street in the Bronx, according to police.
It happened on May 5 around 5 a.m. on Van Nest Avenue.
Police say the man approached a 49-year-old woman from behind and placed his hands around her waist and touched her chest and pelvic area over her clothing then ran away. 
Police say the woman was not injured.
The man is described as being 25 to 30 years old, 5'6'', 180 pounds, and was last seen wearing a black-hooded sweatshirt, black jeans, black boots and was carrying a red backpack. 
Police have released surveillance video of the man running away right after the incident.
